If you want an extended stay, you must refer to our group arrangement first, then discuss the need to book outside the group dates with willingness to pay regular rate on those extra nights. DEADLINE FOR GROUP RATE - SEPTEMBER 13 As always, we strongly urge you to reserve your room early (so we do not lose our block of rooms and you don't find yourself at a different hotel). Airports: JFK – That’s in New York City and is 71 miles from the hotel. Downside is that you may well encounter heavy traffic. BDL – That’s Hartford, CT and 60 miles from the hotel. Traffic probably not an issue from here. HVN – New Haven, CT is 12 miles from the hotel. That’s great but there is a downside. Only USAir goes there. It’s a small airport (one runway, one gate). HPN – White Plains, NY is 43 miles away. Probably not a bad choice, though I haven’t personally used it yet during my residence in this area. LGA – This is also in NYC, 66 miles from the hotel. Traffic is likely… EWR – Newark, NJ is 84 miles away. There is train service from here however so it could be an option for some folks.
