Knutsen Hawaiian Guitar

This one would be nice to track down - a fancy model with even the headstock bound in rope.
All we have are these very poor images from a Xerox of a proof sheet for an unused Frets Magazine article.
According to submitter Ben Elder, "These photos were taken in October 1986 to the best of my recollection. Most of the instruments in those pictures were in Mac's (Yasuda) booth at the Expo. The event was a Bluegrass Expo at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa. I was there and remember seeing the table. Only by coincidence and convergence of Divine Circumstances did I wind up with this Xerox."
