Brad managed to get us a nice write-up in the weekly Indianapolis Arts & Music paper, NUVO, to advertise the event. A full column sidebar that closes out the music section – quite the coup, I would say.
Unfortunately, they sandwich these last music alerts between the start of the …ahem… gentleman’s section. They also chose Professor John Doan’s photo to include out of those we submitted (but really, the choice was perfect).
John’s obvious charms aside, our final attendance figures leads us to believe that most readers remained unmoved and chose instead to attend the strip clubs.
Frankly, we (and especially John) dodged a bullet. I don’t even want to tell you what was on the next page spread.
