This is pretty cool – She Shreds – a guitar mag for and about women guitar players (of all styles).

I thought it was a good cause, so donated the Knutsen Payne School photo (with the blessing of copyright owner Dirk Vandeberg).

Editor Natalie Baker used it for a little piece on women’s ubiquity in mandolin orchestras (and handling all size instruments).

It didn’t quite make the centerfold, but still filled a 2-page spread quite impressively.  Maybe this will bring a few more women to the Gatherings!

I suggested she to check out the site and consider a cover story on some of our female harp guitar players and builders.
