Had a great time at Scott Burwell’s first Holloway House Concert last Sunday night.
That’s Scott with Muriel Anderson, the first performer of a hopefully long-running series.
This first show was in the new home he and his fiance Jen moved into just a couple months ago in Pasadena.
Jen (in back) and assorted family and friends served snacks that was really more like a feast. Great food, great music!
Scott played a couple harp guitar pieces as a warm-up; Muriel played her nylon 6-string and one of the recent Holloway harp guitars (a couple of new HG arrangements included).
She ended the show with an impromptu mini-set with a (fantastic) fiddler friend whom she apparently hadn’t seen for 25 years…
